Yummiest & Easiest Caramel Corn



I got this yumm-o recipe from my good friend Michele.  She has an awesome {Etsy} shop, go check it out!

{Caramel Corn Recipe}

Ingredients:
3 pouches popcorn
2 cubes butter  (softened)
2 c brown sugar
1 c karo syrup
1 T water
1 t vanilla
pinch of salt
2 t baking soda


Add all ingredients except for baking soda.  Bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring frequently.  Once boiling remove from heat, add baking soda stirring quickly.  Pour over popped popcorn & stir.
Enjoy!  This is the yummiest caramel corn!  And it stays soft days later.  Sooooo good :)

Creamy White Chicken & Artichoke Lasagna Recipe


Creamy White Chicken & Artichoke Lasagna

Ingredients
2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, chopped
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a Touch of PHILADELPHIA, divided
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup basil, chopped
12 lasagna noodles, cooked
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine chicken, artichokes, tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.
Beat cream cheese, milk, and garlic powder with mixer until well
blended; stir in 2 Tbsp. basil. Mix half with the chicken mixture.
Spread half of the remaining cream cheese sauce onto bottom of
13×9-inch baking dish; cover with 3 noodles and 1/3 of the chicken
mixture. Repeat layers of noodles and chicken mixture twice. Top
with remaining cheese sauce and mozzarella; cover.
Bake 25 min. or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining basil.

*So yum!  I made this last week & it was a huge hit!  Easy & very flavorful.  Definitely a keeper!  Yummy recipe found {HERE}.

No Bake Peanut Butter Toblerone Cheesecake




Oh my goodness! I made this cheesecake over the weekend & it is SOOOOO YUMMO! Seriously one of my favorites I've ever made. And bonus, it's a no bake! So it doesn't take too much time. Definitely saving this to my favs. Enjoy :)

what you need

1-1/4 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
1 cup sugar
2 bars (100 g each) Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, chopped, divided
1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping, divided

make it

MIX crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate 10 min.

BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add half the chocolate; mix well. Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spoon over crust. Refrigerate 3 hours.

MICROWAVE remaining Cool Whip and chocolate in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; cool slightly. Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate until firm. When ready to serve, run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; remove rim.

Molten Chocolate Nutella Pudding Cakes, WOW!

Seriously, I made these & they are SOOOOO GOOD! They were a big hit with my fam.
Super rich, but so worth it! Serve with a little vanilla ice cream on the side & it's pure heaven.

Ingredients


  • Preparation
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, cut into pieces$
  • 4 large eggs $
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar $
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt $
  • 6 tablespoons Nutella
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Mist 6 6-oz. ramekins with cooking spray. Place a roasting pan in oven; pour in 1/2 inch of hot water. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa and baking powder.
  2. 2. Combine chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl; cook on high, stirring once or twice, until almost melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Whisk until smooth.
  3. 3. In a bowl, with an electric mixer on medium-high speed, beat eggs, vanilla, sugar and salt until pale yellow, about 5 minutes. Beat in melted chocolate mixture. Stir in flour mixture. Spoon half of batter into ramekins. Drop 1 Tbsp. of Nutella into center of each. Cover with remaining batter.
  4. 4. Transfer ramekins to roasting pan. Bake until cakes have risen and are cracked on top, about 30 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Homeade Goldfish Crackers

I'm going to make these today for my little dude :) I love when you know what ingredients go into the food you are giving your kids. It makes me feel better. I know he'll love these! And I'm sure our dogs will too because he loves to feed them whatever he's eating. Funny kid.

Recipe Description

Your favorite fish cracker made at home – and it is SUPER easy.

Preparation Instructions

Pulse everything (except water) together in the food processor until the dough resembles coarse sand.

Pulse in water, 1 tablespoon at a time.

Remove dough from the processor, wrap in plastic, and chill for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut into desired shapes. You can use a toothpick to make the eyes and smile if desired. Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes, or until crispy.

Makes approximately 7 dozen crackers.

  • 8 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Cold Water

New Favorite {Healthy} Treat!

When the hubs & I are craving something sweet, this is our new healthy treat! We are trying to be good & eat healthy.

All you do is mix 1 cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt & 1/2 cup nutella. Easy & absolutely delicious! {Tip: heat up the nutella for about 30 seconds so it's easy to stir} Dip strawberries, bananas or whatever yummy fruit you can think of. This stuff is so good you can just eat it by the spoonful!

Filet Mignon {Restaurant Style}

My husband & I have been trying to eat at home more. So what better to motivate us if we make some yummy yummy food? The hubs made dinner & I made dessert (Tres Leches, soooo good!). He tried {this} recipe. WOW. It was amazing! So tender & juicy. I don't think we'll make steaks any other way now. Try it, you won't regret it!

Easy Blender Salsa


If you know how to open cans, chop a little & blend....then this salsa is for you!
I made this yesterday & it is soooo good! The hubs loves it too! I used half a jalapeno without the seeds & it was perfect. It has a kick to it, but not too spicy. Mild is how I like it :)
Definitely a keeper recipe!
