My little dude is such a light sleeper! He loves to sleep, but wakes up if you walk by his room. We do live in an old home with squeaky wood floors....so that doesn't help. We've figured out where we can and can't step. It's like you are doing a dance trying not to step on the squeaks, haha :)
I had to find something for white noise when he is sleeping so he wouldn't hear every little noise and wake up. I decided to order this cute giraffe from Amazon & can't live without it ever sense! It has a velcro strap to attach to the crib or bed. 4 peaceful sounds: Safari Groove, Victoria Falls, Jungle Trails & Babbling Brook. (my dude loves Safari the best) There are two sleep timer options: 23 & 45 minutes. It's soft, cute, portable & a life saver! My mom watched my son when we went on a trip & she said this was the best thing ever! She was sold & is getting one for when the grandkids come to stay. I think every mom needs one for their kid.

that's pretty cool. I use fans, but in the winter I always feel bad for having them on even if they are turned to the wall.

ReplyDeleteI used to do a fan but have gone through so many I finally purchased a sound machine. We love it! It's amazing what a little white noise does for a long and peaceful nap.
