Daily Workout Lists

I found {this} list of workouts on Pinterest & have been kicking butt doing them!
They really work every muscle (the muscles I forgot I had, haha). I can feel myself getting stronger already! I usually pair them with a 15 minute dance workout found on Netflix.
These have worked awesome for me, I hope they do for you too!






My little dude loves to crawl all over me while I'm working out :)

  1. wow!! you are motivated ! great!! I exercise faithfully too...and now as my kids get older and live on their own, i see them doing the same thing!! i think that is more motivation to keep trying to stay healthy!!
