Here's what you'll need.....
Spring paper plates: $1 @ Dollar Tree
Sparkly yarn: on (i got this at Walmart)
Spring cutouts: print the spring circles
{here}Glue dots: on hand
Small hole punch: on hand

1} grab 6 plates & cut out a square out of the center of each plate.

2} then draw a banner template, cut it out & trace it on all 6 plate squares.

3} grab your glue dots & spring circles, attach them to your banners.
then use your hole punch to punch a hole on each side of the banners.

4} string your banner with your yarn & hang it up! and you're done :) so easy right?

here's my mantle. still pretty bare, but it's getting there :)
Very clever use of paper plates!
